GetDeaddicted LLC operates TaxPilot in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and GDPR principles. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Your account (name, firm, email, hashed password) and the client records you create (name, PAN, contact, notes). Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes — never in plain text.
Income figures and text you submit for computation or AI drafting are processed to generate results. Text sent to AI features is passed to our model gateway to produce advisories and drafts. Tax amounts are computed locally by a deterministic engine. We do not sell your data or your clients' data.
You act as the data fiduciary for your clients' personal data; TaxPilot processes it on your instruction to deliver the Service. Only store client data for which you have a lawful professional basis.
Client records persist until you delete them. Deleting a client removes it from our store. To delete your account and all associated data, email us.
Access is authenticated by session tokens over HTTPS. Report any concern to the address below.
